Principal functions:

• Plan, direct and control the execution of projects and works of Quality Control in the field and Laboratory.
• Technically advise in the solution of problems that arise in the field.
• Supervise the assigned personnel and control the facilities and equipment in their charge.
• Develop and execute the quality plan of the project at your expense.
• Conduct inspections of concrete plants, asphalt, quarries, mines and suppliers of materials and aggregates.
• Channel the communications between the client and the company in relation to the technical and administrative activities of the project.
• Supervise compliance with hygiene, safety and occupational health standards.
• Carry out any other function, within the scope of its competence, assigned to it.

 Requirements:

• Civil Engineer or Technician in Civil Construction.
• Minimum experience of three (3) years as a project leader of large scope in Engineering and/or Construction companies.
• Technical knowledge of the standards (COVENIN, ASTM, AASHTO) and Radiological Safety manual.
• Inspection management of concrete and asphalt processing plants.
• Basic Level of English (desirable).
• Ability to Drive
• Working capacity under pressure.

With the purpose of elaborating the technical and economic offers of services that are assigned by the Business Manager, considering the client’s requirements, as well as the estimated costs that guarantee the minimum established profitability, and sending them to the client in order to give timely response to your requests, following the guidelines of the Business Manager, the Technical Management and the General Management.

Principal functions:

• Process, elaborate and update the support documentation required for the presentation of a service offer.
• Prepare the technical and economic offers of services requested by clients.
  Preparation of Budgets.
• Negotiate with the suppliers required for the offer in order to obtain the best conditions and elaborate the corresponding service orders.
• Establish communication with clients to obtain information and negotiation.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineer or Technician in Civil Construction.
• Minimum experience of two to three years in Engineering and/or Construction companies (preferably).
• Knowledge in the area of Marketing and commercialization.
• Knowledge of formulation and evaluation of engineering, procurement and construction projects.
• Knowledge and experience in the management of Unit Price Analysis and Metric Computing.

With the purpose of executing the technical field and laboratory activities assigned to it in the projects and works of Quality Control.

Principal functions:

• Determine the degree of compaction and moisture of fillers.
• Perform the taking of families of concrete cylinders, measure the settlement, temperature, and occluded air.
• Perform compressive strength tests on concrete cylinders, and/or grout cubes.
• Perform the tests of the Soil Laboratory.
• Comply with the indications of the radiological emergency plan in case of an incident.
• Operate the nuclear densimeter according to the rules of the radiological safety manual and the established internal procedures.
• Prepare the records of the results of the tests and report them to the QA/QC Project Leader, in order to review and send them to the client.
• Provide to the QA/QC Project Leader with the information required for the conformation of the dossier.

  Requirements:

• Technician in Civil Construction.
• Minimum experience of one (1) year in Quality Control.
• Knowledge in the Standards for the execution of the tests (COVENIN, ASTM, AASHTO).
• Radiation protection course for operators (preferably).
• Ability to Drive (preferably).
• Male sex.

With the purpose of executing field technical activities in geotechnical studies and projects, as well as supervising exploration activities.

Principal functions:

• Supervise field exploration work.
• Classify soil and rock samples in the field.
• Determine the groundwater level in the field.
• Prepare the sheets of the geotechnical probes.
• Elaborate representative stratigraphic profiles of the subsoil.
• Elaborate geotechnical plans.
• Execute the field logistics and preparation of accesses to the survey sites.

Requirements:

• Technician in Civil Construction.
• Minimum experience of one (1) year.
• Autocad
• Ability to Drive (preferably).
• Microsoft office.
• Male sex.

With the purpose of Managing, Coordinating and Controlling contracts between clients and suppliers for the execution of Geotechnical and Quality control projects.

Principal functions:

• Ensure administrative compliance with contracts.
• Analyze and define the necessary conditions for bidding processes.
• Establish income and expenses plan.
• Ensure compliance with the valuation schedule.
• Review the contracts and service orders of the clients, in order to determine that these documents reflect what was approved in the offer.
• Follow-up of service orders, contract costs and the use of financial, material and human resources.
• Knowledge in process of bonds.
• Continuous follow-up of proposals and signed contracts.
• Comply with all internal formalities when preparing proposals and contracts.
• Constant communication with customers to meet their needs.
• Must be an organized, proactive person with good interpersonal relationships.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Graduated of Administration.
• Minimum experience of three (3) years making cost estimates and controlling engineering projects.
